With the power of ChatGPT-4o, you can expect even more detailed, accurate, and context-rich summaries of your business meetings. Whether it’s a quick huddle or a complex strategy session, the new AI model captures the nuances of every conversation, delivering action items and key insights with greater precision.
Along with the model upgrade, we also updated the prompts that generate meeting summaries to provide more detail and context. We are working on ways to allow users to get more granular detail from a meeting when they need it.

Personalized meeting outcome notifications for more utility
We just maximized the utility of our meeting outcome notifications. You now get all of the key takeaways from each meeting right in your inbox. After a meeting is analyzed, the team gets a notification email with the number of open questions and action items right in the subject line. We also include the open questions, action items, decisions, risks, and issues in the body of the email.
We think this improvement will make team collaboration easier and more efficient.
Since we updated our sharing system, all you need to do to share a meeting outcome is to forward one of your notification emails. The recipient will get most of the key learnings in the email and when they click on the link they’ll be prompted to request access, similar to Google Docs.
AI suggested sharing to help you include the right people
It is common pattern to forget to share meeting outcomes with people who are mentioned in a meeting. We wanted to use the power of AI to help with this problem. Now users will see a list of people in the right rail that were referred to in the meeting who you might wan to share the outcome with.
Meeting outcome and Workstream links will be posted directly in the meeting chat
Now your Empwr.ai Assistant will announce itself in the meeting chat shortly after the meeting begins and will post a link to the meeting outcome so attendees won’t need to look in their inboxes. Further, if the meeting is part of a recurring meeting series, our Assistant will post a link to the Workstream where the team can find a recap of the last few meetings in the series so they’re better prepared for a discussion.
